12 Week Checkup

Looks like we may have a thumb sucker!

Today Jared and I went for a 12 week checkup and got to see our little one.

The heart rate was 157 and everything looked great. We could not be happier.

We did discover the baby is a bit of an acrobat...apparently he/she loves standing on it's head. It took 30 minutes to get him/her to move around. For you moms to be out there...the lesson I learned today is that a glass of COLD ice water makes your baby squirm.

Sky Diving Trip - San Marcos

I have been wanting to start a blog, but after this weekend I have NO excuse. The family went camping which is nothing unusual, but what was different this trip was that my husband decided to jump out of an airplane from 11,500 feet with 4 of our close friends!
From the ground it looked absolutely amazing watching each of them just appear in the sky thousands of feet above.
The chickens on the ground (Lisa and I) were so relieved when each of them landed safely. Jared said it was "intense" but I am not sure he will do it again. Could have been the "bottom" landing.

They were all grinning from ear to ear right after the experience, but speechless (Eric, Markus, Sharon, David and Jared).
